All orders are shipped Truck, or UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.  Next-Day Air, 2nd-Day Air and 3-Day Select are available upon request at customer’s expense.

RETURN POLICY

Our products are 100% Guaranteed. Should you need to make a return or exchange:

Contact our Return Department for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We cannot accept returns without this number on the package. Return merchandise within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and the original carton that it was shipped or we can't accept it back. Customer pays for all freight charges.

DAMAGES:  

Please remove equipment from box and check for damage. If unit is damaged, do not accept shipment and contact us immediately. Thermal Bay Technologies will do everything that we can to help resolve damaged goods problems.

All products are new and have full manufacturers warranties. We do not manufacture any product sold in this website. We will help with any warrantee problems,  but all claims are between the customer and the manufacturer.

Heater orders can not be cancelled after they have shipped. If heater is refused by customer at the time of delivery; customer is then responsible for all shipping costs involved.
Thermal Bay Technologies does not do any service work or installations.
All parties agree that jurisdiction and venue shall be in Snohomish County, Washington.
